From 1992 to 2002 he completed the decade-long Bodynamics Denmark training in psychological function and shock trauma — depth that informs the care he brings to every person on his table. 02 — The Work

What is Rolfing® Structural Integration?

Rolfing is hands-on bodywork that releases long-held tension in the connective tissue and reorganizes the body in relation to gravity. The result is a structure that stands, moves, and rests with more ease — often relieving pain that other approaches haven't resolved.

01

Freedom from pain

Ease chronic strain in the lower back, neck, shoulders, hips, and knees by working with the tissue that holds it.

02

Better performance

Improve posture, balance, and freedom of movement so daily life and athletic effort feel lighter.

03

Enhanced vitality

As the body aligns and integrates as a whole, many people feel renewed energy and ease.

“My work supports clients in charting and achieving transformational goals of greater freedom from pain, better performance, and enhanced vitality.” — Barry Davison
